You may have noticed that I’ve added some designations following my name recently: MBA, PCC.  The MBA is not new. I earned the Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut in 1997. PCC is the Professional Certified Coach designation granted by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an industry credentialing body for the coaching profession.
